Redemption claim

• The customer can notify to branch/ Relationship manager or Call center on the redemption by informing at least 3 days in advance.
• Customer can choose to pick up the gift at branch or delivery to designated location

Other Terms and conditions

• Eligible transaction type: Ecommerce, POS and MOTO.
• The cash rebate cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products without bank’s consent.
• Only Card members with Cards issued by Hong Leong Bank (Cambodia) can participate in this Programmed and accounts must be valid, in good standing, not closed, cancelled or terminated by the Bank or Cardmembers to be eligible to entitle to cash rebate.
