NBC Announcement For Non-Standard CSS Card Holders

Dear valued customers!

We would like to inform all customers that, in order to improve the implementation of the local payment standard of the Cambodian Shared Switch (CSS), we invite customers to return the card that has the Bank Identification Number (BIN) is the Cambodian Shared Switch​(CSS) non-standard local debit card to the bank and get new CSS Debit Card as exchange.

Note: Non-standard CSS of the BIN (9116) in accordance with the CSS system rules and procedures will not be able to run the CSS system from the end of June 2024 onwards.
