How to register for HLB Connect Online or Mobile Banking?
You will need one of the products below:
- ATM Card
- Current or Savings Account
- Loan Account
And also have these ready before you begin:
Your ATM or account details e.g. card number/account number and ATM PIN
Ensure your mobile number is registered with us to receive Transaction Authorisation Codes (TAC) via SMS.
A temporary ID is required if you do not hold an ATM Card AND have a combination of products that includes Loan Account
If you need to update or register your mobile number for TAC, please visit your nearest branch.
