1. How to link HLBCAM CASA in Bakong app

1. The Bakong App is available for download on both the Play Store and the App Store.

2. Open the Bakong app and log in to your Bakong account.

3. Tap "Add Account" on the hompage.

4. Select “Hong Leong Bank (Cambodia) Plc.”

5. Enter your username and password:

Username: NID Number
Password: Phone number (Format: 855xxxxxxxx)
Ensure the phone number matches the one registered for both the HLB Connect app and the Bakong app.

6. Once the username and password are entered correctly, you will receive a TAC (Transaction Authorization Code) via the HLB Connect notification.

7. Enter the TAC to complete the process.

Upon successful completion, a notification will appear: “Account added successfully.”
The newly added account will then be displayed on the Home Page.

2. How to top-up to bakong wallet from HLBCAM CASA in Bakong App

1. Open the Bakong app.

2. Select the CASA account you wish to top up from.

3. Choose “Transfer to Bakong Wallet.”

4. Enter the desired amount to transfer.

5. Tap “Next.”

6. Validate the transaction, then tap “Confirm.”

7. You will receive a TAC (Transaction Authorization Code) via SMS.

8. Enter the TAC correctly. Once completed, you will be directed to the Receipt screen.

3. How to unlink HLBCAM CASA from Bakong App

1. Open the Bakong app.

2. Swipe left on the CASA account you wish to remove.

3. Tap “Remove.”

4. Confirm by tapping “Remove” again.

5. You will receive a notification stating: “Account is deleted successfully.”
